i have a 2011 225 sho, it runs around 5000 rpm's @ 55mph, is anyone else having this problem? my prop is a 25p 3 blade.
Everybody else with this same setup are running 70-72mph at 5500rpm, at 5500 I'm only running around 60mph.
GPS speed or Speedometer? I noticed since I switched to the SHO that my speedo is WAY off.
We don't know what boat you have, if you have a jackplate, what the height of the engine is, what prop you have. But to me, it sounds like a setup problem...but fill us in with some more info and I'll bet someone here has a good answer.
