does not work no up no down, there is a steering mounted blinker style switch that works BUT I want it back on the throttle, should the wiring from the blinker style be the same color as the throttle mount so I can trace it back?
is there a blow out diagram somewhere so I can replace if need be?
Yes, the colors should be the same. As for a diagram, I'll try to post this link. If it doesn't work; select outboards, then select 2006 controls from the bottom of the list. You can view different controls and zoom in-out.
