As promised, I told you that I would provide you with the outcome of that SHO that was towed in on Kerr Lake. From what I have been told, the engine blew. The fellows' name is Scott Rothenberg and he works for Bliss-Murski Sales Co. He is from Waxhaw, N.C., but I do not have a phone number for him. Not trying to start anything here, just providing evidence that there are indeed failures in the market not related to the pros, but to the average consumer. He did not get to fish the Kerr event as the motor had to go to the shop. I am only posting this because I feel that it is important for everyones consideration when opting to make such an expensive investment such as the SHO. A lot of you guys are having great results with the SHO, but the other, darker side needs to be heard as well. The last point that I will make is that the Titanic was supposed to be unsinkable, and that's as far as I'll go with that. Now, as far as my credibility goes or anyone elses for that matter, don't be so suspicious of everyone. Weigh what's on the table and ask yourself , what if they are telling the truth! Hope your motor holds up well and please keep us posted on it's performance. Maybe you and the others on here that are having such good results are doing something or operating these motors differently than the others that are having them fail. I want to know both sides. Thanks![]()
