    SeaHorse, Rusty, ChampionMan

Seahorse, I am currently running a 26" Raker (Stock and like new) on a 519 Ranger with a 200 Evinrude (all 03 year births). Boat runs wonderful. Best light load with only me...73.8 gps; consistant 70 to 71 gps tx load. I am getting this performance with the tach reading 5800 and change. Problem, I have to watch the tach to not go over. I have accidently gotten it up to 6100 once and scared the chit out of me. I just bought a new Raker 26" that is balanced and blueprinted by Mark Croxton. Will the B&B help with the issue of keeping the r's down at wot, or will i still have to keep a constant eye on the tach at 70 mph to make sure that i do not harm the engine.....I do not drive like a bat out of &*^% very often, but I like it to go when I want it to and do not want to harm the engine.......Your advice is greatly appreciated, Thanks

Only an on-water test will tell what that reworked prop will do.

Your motor has a 6000 rpm redline, but an occasional momentary jump to 6100 will not kill it, but it's not recommended.

    Roger,
Mark can lower the rpms if need be by cupping or pitching up a little. Sorry if I stuck my nose where it didn't have any business.
