When I squeeze the primer bulb firm and get lots of pressure built up furls will run out of the butterflies of the bottom carb. I don't think this is normal being it only happens in one of the three. What has gone bad inside the carb.

This is a relatively easy one. More than likely the needle and seat is bad in that carb. Or it could be that the float itself could be shot and has fuel inside it allowing it to open the needle and seat way too early allowing more fuel into the carb. More than likely that cylinder is also probably running a little too rich b/c its getting way more fuel than it needs.
