When I changed my Evinrude water pump I had to use an adhesive I think with the gasket. I am doing the water pump kit thing with my 1989 90HP Yamaha and it does not say whether or not to use one. It does mention a lubricant to add in various places but no word of adhesive. Could anyone clarify please?
