    Motor shutting down

I have a 03 ox66 225 that while building a house set up for about 6 months(it was winterized) 1st trip out it ran fine. 2nd trip had one incident were it was hard to start. 3rd trip was running and it shut down and quit running. not like it was blown but not getting fuel. it was hard to start again and finally started after letting it sit for 15 min. Did this a couple more times and I put on trailer. the priming bubble did get a little soft during these episodes. I then put on 3 new fuel pump assemblies. took out this morning and ran fine first three hours but did it again. I am going to get a new bubble today. Anything else I can check myself?

Fuel Filters and make sure your fuel line is not going bad inside do to ethanol gas and check the O2 sensor that it is not dirty.

Could be vapor locking in the heat. Years ago I had a merc that was bad about it.

First steps I take when truobleshooting is:

Install fuel pressure gauge at vst and verify pressures at idle and at least 1/2 load at dock still on trailer.
Isolate boat fuel system with shop test tank with min 5/16 (pref 3/8 hose and fittings) hose and fittings.
Basic tests, compression, spark with appr spark tester, etc.
Vaporization problems usually occur when the temp is hotter,so check heavily in the fuel system.
