fuel pressure??

I have a 2005 150 carb. I have noticed the last couple times out that as it idles it seems like it is running out of gas. It starts to sputter and has died some. At WOT it runs great. The only thing odd i have noticed is if i pump the bulb and hold it, it will start to get soft again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Remove the bolts that hold the fuel pumps to the engine, then gently squeeze the primer bulb and see if fuel leaks out of the back of the fuel pump(s). If so, they need rebuilt/replaced.
