Had the same problem last summer on my 200 HPDI. Changed all my fuel filters. It ended up being the high pressure fuel filter to the tune of $2,000. On top of that it wasn't covered under the warrenty because when they got to the filter there was pieces of rubber in the filter and I was told that the ethonal in the gas I was buying caused this. So the 2 grand came out of my pocket.

At $2k It sounds like the pump not the filter.

Muz did you change the strainer filter?

The other filters would be the one inside the vst on the fuel pump, the 2 lift pumps and finally the inline filter. There's also the water seperator if you have one.

Have you had the motor checked to see if it's thrown any codes?

I'm not exactly sure where it is but the Yamaha service department in California said that the filter had to be shipped to a shop in Florida and be rebuilt because Yamaha doesn't repair them. I was without the boat for two months. The cost to repair the filter was $1,200 if I remember correctly and the rest was labor. I'm sure I got hosed on the repair cost. You can be rest assured that I use Startron in every tank of gas I buy now. Ethanol sucks!!!!!

Yeah, I just did all of the filters and the element in the water seperator is brand new. And no codes

One other thing I noticed last night

The jam nut on the throttle cable was backed right off and just sort of free wheeling in the middle of the threads.

Could cause the throttle to come out of adjustment? And therefore not getting WOT??
