Woodruff Key

OK guys.... I started working on changing the water pump on my 2005 200 HPDI and got stuck on the woodruff key. I have been working on this darn woodruff key off and on most of the day. I have soaked in with PB Blaster for a few hours and it still will not move. Any suggestions???

A hardened chisel, and a hammer. you have to beat it out. You migt be able to use a flat head screw driver if you have one to sacrifice. Just try not to damage the shaft too much. You should be able to reuse the key, but I usually order a spare when I order the impeller.
