Is there a spacer behind the prop that comes off when you take the prop off? If so mine must be stuck I thought it was just part of the prop shaft. 08 VZ 250

The thrust washer can get stuck inside the prop or on the prop shaft. You may need to whack the washer with a hammer to break it loose from the shaft.
