2007 250 hpdi running temperature

What is the "normal" running tempurature for a 250 hpdi?

My tempurature gauge never seems to come off the 100 degree mark and I am beginning to think that it is broken or not hooked up properly.

Troubleshooting suggestions would be welcomed!

mine ran around 126 or so

i have the same trouble on my ranger gauge starts at 100 and th only time it moves is if I idle the boat for 15min in 90' heat. Hard to judge when its warmed up in 40 ' water.
