Strato SS Extreme
How many model's did Stratos' make the SS Extreme boats and the one the same lenght of the 201 . Was it a faster hull then the 201 hull ?

I believe they had 4. 19, 20, 21, 22 extremes built from 1999-2001. I had two 21 ss extremes and both boats would run over 80. The 1999 had a 245 hp rating and ran 82.3 gps with a johnson 225 ho. Had some pad delam problems and the boat was replaced. The 2000 had a 250 hp rating and wasn't a quick, had heated seats that were nice. It also got replaced due to same issue.

SO the ones rated for the 250 hp was a slower boat , and was these the boat that lean when planeing off .

Only in my situation were the ones with 250 rating was the case. Can't speak for any other, and yes both these boats were pigs out of the hole and would lay over up till about 25 mph before correcting themselves. I ran a 28 Raker on both boats. the would pretty good on the top end. The 99 I had I would love to have still had, it fished better than any boat that I've owned, I never did any thing to it but fish. the 2000 I had to run a 10" plate, shave the heads and broderson reeds before it would ever touch 80.

A buddy of mine has a 99 21SS with an 04 Etec 225HO and it is fast. It will outrun mine all day. He runs right around 78 depending on his load.
