The 2.6L 200 HPDI is a 25 inch shaft. VMAX is a 20 inch. I do think when they first came out (2001?) they had a non-VMAX 20" 2.6 200. There are probably some minor differences as well (tuner, mounts, cowl air intake, etc.)
