front,left rear snaps but right rear dont.Have checked to see if latch will close and it will.Adjustment is all the way out and tryed sitting on cowl and still wont snap.What the crap is going on?It is the first yam I have owned.Is this something that happens on these motors? Thanks for any help,Ronnie
The adjustment is on the cowling, Did you adj them the correct direction? Is there any wires/etc in the way?

Check your "snap ins'(inside cowling)sounds like some are broken.It doesn't latch cause there's nothing to latch to.
