HPDI vs E-tec

Can anyone list for me the differences between these motors? I currently have a 250HPDI and when I buy a new boat I'm considering the E-tec. Thanks in advance!!

i would buy a new motor from a good dealer with factory trained techs only
whether it is yami,suzi,merc or brp
techs come first with service
