Loss about 200-300 RPMs on 2001 225 Vmax. Any ideas??? Replaced fuel pump diaphams, new reeds, plugs, checked compression.

Could be the VST Fuel filter is getting dirty. Check the post thumbtacked up above. Both the HPDI and EFI's have this filter...

Clean the O2 sensor. Mine did the same thing. Then run SeaFoam in your gas. After a running out a tankfull, shes screamin again.

Already cleaned O2 sensor and ran seafoam in tank. No change.
Was it very gunked up? May be time for replacement.
Did you check to see if your throttle was opening all the way?

O2 sensor was not gunked up. Bench tested sensor before installing, it checked out OK. Did not check once installed on boat. Motor runs smooth.
I would pour a can of Seafoam in half a tank of gas and run it. I did this twice and and it ran better each time. Now the rpms are back to where they should be. Good thing the O2 is good, those suckers are $290![]()

Thanks for the advise. Will change primer bulb and add seafoam to tank. I am also going to check O2 sensor with motor running.
Checked O2 sensor today, it is not operating correctly. Have a new on eon order.
