1996 Suzuki DT 150 problem

I'm having issues with my motor. The boat will be running really good and then lose about 200-400 rpms and you can literally feel the boat bogging down. The throttle is not moving and I'm not trimming at all and still the change. After it drops the rpm's it will then go back to the original rpm's but it's usually bogged down for 10 seconds to a minute or so. I'm also losing some fuel as I've noticed a small slick behind the boat sometimes. Possibly a hose leaking or a vacuum line with a hole?

Mine would do that and I found a loose ground on one of the power pacs

Suzies are bad for loose screws and plug wires comin off
