Is it possible to have my Smart Craft output data (water pressure, engine temp etc.) to my Lowrance so it displays these data? Perhaps through NMEA2000 ?

You would need:
-Smartcraft Compatible Engine
-Level 1 or higher MercMonitor (with appropriate cables, terminating resistors, junction box or adapter).
Dual Mercury Master Technician- for Mercury Outboards, Mercruiser and Mercury Racing at European Marine in Greenville, SC.
