Hello guys, Im a merc guy so I couldnt answer this for a fellow club member. He has an 85hp I think 80-84. When its cold it starts right up and runs great. In the summer,it will start fine in the AM and as it warms up it will start to act up on the start up. He has a hard time starting it,it will crank and crank and sputter,almost to the point of killing the battery. He tries chocking it and has checked the primer ball with no help. My guess is its vapor-locking from heat(maybe).After it starts it runs fine. Any help from you guys would be great. He would appreciate it as he gets concerned when the tournament is winding down,hes afraid it wont start. thanks lee NJ

. Knock out two motors today and fished a Tx yesterday so I am a veg.
