    Seastar hydraulic on a 1995 xri 175 ?????

I am thinking about putting hydraulic Seastar steering on my boat. I was on there site and it says I might have to do some trimming on my cowl. Hate to have to cut on things. Any info on this setup would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Refer to the installation instructions for the Steering System chosen, which should provide accurate information for the installation.

I have found that in some cases, it's much easier to install the tiller bolt with the LOWER COWLINGS REMOVED from the engine.
