I am looking to get more horse power out of my 2001 200hp 3.0 opti and was curious what kind of mods I could do? I would like to maybe get 50 more hp out of her. Is this somthing that is even possible? Thanks!

Possible: Yes.
Cost effective: No.
The most cost effective improvements to be made in this engine would include:
-Confirming actual engine condition via Compression and Leakdown tests. If within tolerances.... proceed-
-Ensure all recommended updates were performed. Varies based on engine serial number (but may include a combination of ECM Calibration, Port side Fuel Rail, Thermostats, Direct Injectors (not as critical), 130 degree thermostats/covers, and IZFR5G (NGK) Spark Plugs, gapped at .032".
-Reed replacement. We offer TDR reeds for this engine, that improve idle quality, holeshot, and mid-range, while maintaining a strong top-end.
-Fuel rail and Injector Service. Proper fuel delivery are critical to proper (and peak) performance ( http://www.europeanmarine.org/injectorservice.html ).
-Improvement in holeshot can be seen from a lighter flywheel (see: http://www.simonmotorsports.com ).
