Looking at a used boat from a dealership and the 3 year Mercury factory warranty expired last week. Is there anyway to extend the factory warranty within a certain ammount of time after the 3 years or is that option no longer possible???

Normally, NO. However, I have seen cases where they've allowed a VERY short grace period.
