    Need opinions Sportmaster swapping/selling

Iv just bought 250xb with a 1.75 Sporty. I know that on my boat it will do nothing but hurt me. Champion 202

So im needing to find a good Torquemaster with low water pickups.

Better to sell and then buy or just swap with someone?
Guess im needing a value on each and what would be best for me.

    Thanks.

Really would need to know the CONDITION of that Sporty (first).

You can likely work out a swap-deal, or sell yours for enough to purchase another used one.

Another option would be to have your components swapped into a bare Torquemaster case (probably not as cost-effective, but you would know EXACTLY what the condition of everything was).

The sporty is a desired lower in the right circle's.So a straight up swap will be no problem at all

As Don said depending on the condition of your sporty you could sell if pretty quick and buy a torque and have some money for gas. I would not trade even unless the one you have has or has had a problem (welded) and you can get an almost new torque.

Is that sporty a newer one with the fatshaft or the original that came with the XB ? I have a new style fatshaft Torquemaster on my 2004 250 XS with the factory low water pickups and the top 4 holes on each side plugged with pipeplugs that I would trade with . It is in great shape ...
