    Trim Gauge Calibration

    2007 225ProXS...1B553680

Is there a way to calibrate my analog trim gauge to my actual engine trim? It doesn't quite match where my engine trim is. I think I remember reading something about this about a yeat ago, but I just can't seem to find it. I didn't find what I was looking for in my service manual either. Maybe I overlooked it. Thanks.

The analog trim sensor is adjustable, loosen the mounting screws and adjust until the gauge reads 0 when trimmed all the way in.

+1... Keep in mind, make small adjustments, snug screws down, and then run engine DOWN (and up) to verify the results. You may have to make several adjustments to get it "right".
