    Pulse fuel pump

Anything I need to be concerned about taking my pulse fuel pump apart to check it to make sure no deteroation of the fuel line has been trapped in it? The motor is a 2005 200 optimax. Don also if there is would you suggest rebuilding it? How much would the parts be or a new one?

    Re: Pulse fuel pump (crizzel)

I would recommend having an 857005A1 rebuild kit on hand BEFORE disassembly.

Quite inexpensive.... and it comes with a nice instruction sheet and detailed drawing to guide you.

You can order through the Parts Department (see sticky post by "Rhonda" at the top of the forum).
