Cool Tried something new last night just off top of my head.

Grilled some chicken with Mequite wood in it, but my end result was a bit Different.

'Knorr' has a new rice out that is "Buffalo Flavored with cheyenne pepper"......made a package of that up. Cut the grilled chicken into strips. Used flour tortilla's. put a bed of rice on tortilla, add chicken, sour cream, tomato & salsa/taco sauce........YUM.

I plan on doing this again but am going to add a bit more garnish to them. Might get a nice Mango salsa and some Green pepper/onion's to put in it. as well as maybe some Habanero sauce for a tad bit of heat.................I think if I play around with it a bit more they are goign to be AWESOME.

I have had the buffalo flavored rice and it is great. I did it with some shredded grilled chicken breast and queso cheese in a wrap.

I use those Knorr packs all the time when I cook at the lake. Use a can of the Ro-Tel stuff with the Spanish rice mix. Toss in some shrimp, grilled pork, or chicken. With the pasta ones, I have a bottle of powdered milk in my camping box. Easy and good with anything. We've had some excellent dinners with those. They go on sale for .79 every once in a while and I stock up on them.
