With, or without Electronic Fuel Supply pump mounted in the boat?

Don, I don't think there is a pump in the hull of the boat.

Use ONLY the OEM Mercury Line (Gray with BLUE PRINT).

3/8" ID from tank to bulb, 5/16" ID from bulb to engine.

On this engine, it would be ACCEPTABLE to utilize 3/8" ID all the way, PROVIDED that you ensure a TIGHT line connection at the the engine (most of these connect at the PULSE (diaphram style) fuel pump, which has a 5/16" ID nipple.
