This is for one of our State Team guys that has the Western Divisional at the end of this week. He has one on order through a local dealer, but that is on the Merc back log for these units. Obviously he would be better in his boat than a borrowed one and would be willing to pay for the part. Don, if you can do this, his warranty is still in place, etc. but he is willing to pay a fair price just to get the part.

These are indeed on national backorder currently. We don't have one in stock (though I do have a few parts for the older compressors if they're repairable).

You might also want to have him contact Mercury directly, to see if there's anything they can do to expedite it.... phone number is in the back of his Engine Owner's Manual.
