The trolling motor batteries should only be used for the trolling motor. The rest of the boat should be run from the starting battery. If you run your electronics from the trolling motor battery you will get noise interferance on the graphs when you run the trolling motor. Keep a pair of jumper cables handy if you are worried about the starting battery running down..
Leave them on the CRANKING battery.... preferably a cranking battery from the following list:
