For years I always used a disposable for the boat. I want get a digital for the boat to save and share pictures. I have been looking at the camera's that can shoot under water. I would think this would be a good one for the boat considering the elements on rainy days I would be taking pictures in. Opinions needed. Thanks.

I have an Olympus MJU 1030 that I've found to be virtually indestructible. They take good pics for a point and shoot, and work well underwater. A great camera for the boat. In New Guinea last year, it rained every day for 10 days and mine lived in my pocket for the whole trip. Went snorkelling with it as well. I can't kill it.
