Welcome! Several nice lakes up NW and North Central Arkansas, Beaver, Table Rock, Bull Shoals and Norfork.
Several places to check on a good used rig, including Bass Cat Owner's Board, "boats for sale" section. There are a couple of guys on the Arkansas Bass Club that can probably help out with leads in that area as well. Mike Rogers "xpress spanky" is a good start, knows his stuff. He's the Xpress boats mod on this site. Nice part of the state to be in for sure!

Welcome Ben! And thanks Alan for the kind words.(you gave me way to much credit) Like Alan said there are lots of places to fish around here, and i usually fish the river portion of Beaver.99% of the time i put in at the 412 bridge on the White river and fish that area.Other good lakes like Alan said are Bull Shoals and Table Rock. There are a lot of smaller lakes around to fish as well.
Now as for looking for a new to you rig you have a few options.Personally i wouldn't deal with ANY of the local dealers, and if you don't mind driving a little ways i would HIGHLY recomend Rothwell Marine in Hope Arkansas.Marty or Gregg will treat you very good, and if they don't have something in stock they would be glad to keep an eye out for what your looking for. They may even be able to put you in a new rig instead of used. They are also sponsers on this board,so they are easy to find.

Ben, welcome to The Natural State...

I'll second the advice from Mike. The guys at Rothwell are first class...

There are several good places in the river valley if you run out of places to fish up that way.
