Verado gearcase.

Got to looking around and appears I have the verado case. Just assumed it was a fleetmaster till I noticed the 1/4 jog in the case. is there any rhyme or reason why some get the FM and some get the verado cases? Are these just as good as Fleetmasters? I have read their good up to approx 78mph, and thats where im at now.

I'll probably keep it as is cause its still under warranty ,and in perfect working condition. Just for the sake of discussion is there any performance and efficiency gain going to a TM case on a rig like mine?

Fleetmaster cases are used on COUNTER-ROTATING engines (the left side engine on a multi-engine application). Not normally used in a single-engine application.

The Verado-style gearcase is very rugged, with a proven track record.

Based on your above comments, you would see little or no benefit from changing to a Torquemaster.
