No locking tab washer used with the Torquemaster Gearcase.![]()
Larger washer first, then bellville (cone-shaped) washer, and finally mid-thickness washer (followed by locknut).

Assuming you have the HD hub kit pictured below NO you do not need a lock washer, correct torque is 55 ft. lbs.![]()
