Well guys I was the real winner this weekend. Some of the guys got to meet my grandson Bradley who is a special needs child who suffers from Mental Retardation. He went as my partner because Paw Paw has no time during the year putting on his own tournaments to fit Bradley into my schedule and this was a fun event and saw this as a good opportunity to spend fun time with him. Today he was proud to take the Big Bass award and a picture of his first bass caught in a tournament as a show in tell to his ( getting hard to type at this point) little buddies in his class. His teacher sent a note home saying that it was the most excited he'd seen Bradley all year. His Plague will go on the wall next to his Special Olympic metals he's won in his room. Thank you Rothwell Marine and Marty for the prize!!! Bradley and I can't wait till the Spring Rally to see all the gang.
All he could talk about was Mr. Danny on way home because Bradley caught more fish then him, saying "Mr Danny is on your computer Paw Paw and he only caught one fish." Danny is a celebrity I gather because he's on the BBC board and I pointed him out to Bradley.
He'll be watching your progress I'm sure Danny.
P.S.
We also got to stop at Mark Martins dealership and McDonalds. I'm not sure which one excited him the most, all I can tell you is that I felt more pride than a Paw Paw can show in public it ranks as one of the best moments in my life.
