Fuel Filter

I thought I had changed it a couple times. I just took the cover off my 05/225 opt and don't see one Now where could it be? I also noticed a few metal shavings under the pully that I assume is the compressor. Is this normal? Anything else I need to look at while I have the cover off? It hasen't been off much.

You should not, under ANY circumstances, see metallic shavings/filings inside the engine cowling.

If you do see them.... something is WRONG, and you need to get it diagnosed/addressed IMMEDIATELY.
