Becareful On the River and back waters

Just wanted to let everyone know please be careful out there on the river. The water has fallen quite a bit lately, and and alot of changes have occured. I ran into a friend just a second ago the owns an 1995 Intimidator which is motorless due to a stump. Boats fine but the river owns his motor now.

PS. By the way. The jetties are hot up here.

a rock jetty (one of those ones that extends downstream in the river, grabbed my prop Saturday in the Maumelle pool. Got a nice ding in it that is going to need some work.

Old Spadra, Travis Kimbriel He said the water dropped on him a quite a bit. He cut the motor loose so he could get out.

oh, I've had a rock ridge on hamilton grab my prop too. Cut it too close turning toward hot springs creek in red Oak Basin dodging a skidoo. Don't have to worry about skiers running me over on the river.

Just curious Widldkat, but do you despise Dardanelle, too? It's just a wide chunk of the river after all.

Sam hates everywhere capable of scum lining his boat.
We talked at Hamilton and he made me pull my boat out of the water and wash it.
Said I was going to contaminate the lake.

I also overheard him mumble something to his fishing partner about a ton of zebra mussels not being able to clean the front deck carpet in my boat.

That really hurt me inside ya know...

I don't clean boat for that reason though. When I go to a clear lake, I just make my own murky water in which to fish.

I want nothing to do with the Arkansas River, Dumas pool, Dardanelle, etc....nothing. Headed to my favorite lake, Degray, Friday.

I'll have to remember that if I see you on a clear water lake Skeeter. Maybe we can just pull up next to each other flip each other's mudline.
