How was fishing this weekend???

How was you guys fishing this weekend???I have to work most of the weekend so i probably not get a chance to go this weekend. Would like to hear how you done!! (even Devlin Worthington!!)

Not goin to wet a hook till Sunday, stayin at my moms till then takin care of her. Got the grass cut today, washed all 3 of her dogs, one 2 times cause he rolled in chit an hour after the first time, & grilled burgers tonight. all this after we got back from the dr. at lunch time. This fat boy is bout tired.

I figured you mite do pretty good at bull! How did you do in the tourny Mark??

Bull is bad high right now, lots of flooded shoreline. Tough, tough fishing. Finished 3rd in the tx, but it was only with three fish that I had to work all day to get..

Sat:
Finished fourth in club tourny at Atkins and only because there were three other guys in the club.

Actually, I forget how many showed up.
Everybody caught fish. Hard to find 15.99" fish (under slot).
6.75 won it, I had 6.25 and came in fourth.
Nobody had an "over".
I fouled hooked an 9lber, with a jerkbait, while sight fishing also (true)

Sun:
Had so much fun Saturday, that I went back to Atkins Sunday just to play. Sharon (wife) went also.

I finally figured out where to fish at Atkins.
There's a small area in between the driver/passenger seats and the outboard. THAT'S THE PLACE!
She caught a 5, and two 4's and ate all my dabm boat crackers.

Went Saturday out on Dardanelle...fished for about 7 hours
The first 4 hours we caught a total of 3 dinks
The final 3 hours we caught a total of 7 keepers and 1 or 2 that were between 14 and 15 inches

I know where I'd like to head on Thursday, it'd just take me 30 minutes to get there from Piney

Well it sounds like even the guys that didn't catch nothin worth a crap still had a better day than i had!!! Still cutting up the trees and limbs from the ice storm we had early this year!! It's times like this that it would be nice to own just a small lot!!! I just came in from setting another brushpile on fire so i will start building another one tomarrow!!! And hopefully in another month i mite have it all cleaned up and then i will do some nite fishing at bull shoals!!

Instead of setting one on fire, be constructive and sink one in the water. And tell us where u put it....
