2. Ryan Mallet (Cardinal Jesus) couldn't hit a receiver in stride to save his life.
Seriously, he threw one great pass on 3rd and 30 or something like that, a down and in route which looked really good. Other than that, he sucked hard.
Go ahead and blast away guys, I'm just trying to prepare you for the perennial disappointment that is Hog Football.

if you would have paid attention, last year with our weak ass schedule, it was rated the #5 toughest schedule in the country! Anyteam in the country who plays a SEC schedule has the right to consider there schedule in the top 10 even if they play springdale school for the blind! not saying we will, but any team who runs the table in the sec and wins Sec championship will get a shot at playing for the whole enchilada! Florida plays charleston soutern, FIU and troy this year, but if they win the east and the SEC championship they be back in the NC game. You were watching a team after 15 SPRING practices, you can't expect them to look like contenders after 15 practices! As for Mallet, maybe he's not the next tom brady, but he's a damn sure better QB than we've had in the past 3 years. As for you, being a closet houston nutt fan, its ok to come out of the closet and don your favorite school color: REBEL BLUE!!
