    what is the difference between a bullet 21xd and a 21xrd?

    21 has the extended deck, the 21XRD has the extended, raise deck. The raised deck is closer to the top cap so it feels and actually is a bigger front deck. The newer XRD's have a raised console for more leg room under them.
