Watch Your Six! I Have A Solution!
Although I prefer a tandem, I need the single axle to fit in my garage corner to corner. It has worked great for me the last 8 years. I do suggest tires that will carry the load instead of the passenger car tires they were gonna sell mine with.I do have the 3500 lb torsion axle.

Hey Mike, How does it tow on rough roads. Does the back of the truck bounce much or is the boat pretty balanced on the trailer?
i've towed mikes boat with my 08 ram quad cab and it towed great, didn't even know it was back there mikes rig is lighter and longer than my basscat pII also with a single axle. no bouncing, no real real noticable difference at all that i could tell.but is a long sob for sure

Hey Mike thanks for the pic thats just what I was looking for,I had no problem getting my other boat which was a single in the garage but due to the dual axels Im gonna have a hard time getting it in and I'm a little worried.

I moved the bow roller forward a couple inchs and I have alot of tongue weight. I dont feel the truck bounce when hitting bumps though. I think this single torsion axle rides as good as some of the tandem spring trailers I owned.
I'd reccomend getting these tires. Load range "D" that will carry the load on a single axle better. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/...e=yes
