    MercMonitor Tach Reading

    I have a 2001 Opti 225, when running WOT the MercMonitor RPM's will vary 50-100 RPM's with no change by me on the Hot Foot....is this normal?

    Normal, especially in slightly to rough-water conditions.

    You just can't perceive this "accurately" on an analog gauge.
