    Re: Ordered some Pro-Tec (MOE)

I've been using their products since 91.Get the boat kit with the vinyl protectant and the Quick Detail and the Restore-all great products. I sold my 92 20 XRD in 2000 for almost as much as I paid for it and Pro-Tec is the only product I ever used on it.

The sealant tends to leave a slight haze but thats just the nature of the product. Remember, a sealant adds much needed polymers back to the gel coat. A wax may result in a better shine but the long term benifits of the sealants are obvious.

The shine on this sealant/polish is much better than wax it really shines and my boat in like brand new I bought it in 09 its a 03 hull and an 04 motor and it had 31.4 hours in it, and was stored in a controlled climate storage area...
