Just ordered a new 21rdc

I just ordered a 21rdc and was wondering if anyone knew what kind of numbers to expect from it it will have a 250xs on it 12 inch plate i also got the fury prop not sure what pitch will be with it. Anyhow just curious about the boats and what kind of performance any of you have seen likes dislikes etc..

Congrats on the new boat. I believe it'll run lo 80's loaded. I have been wanting to try a fury myself. Let us know how it does. As far as performance if this is your first bullet you won't be dissapointed.

Its my first one but ive fished out of them for years ive just been waiting to get out from under the boat i had to get a new one . Believe me I knew what my next purchase would be..

have dealer swap to a 14" plate and ditch the fury. I believe they only make that prop up to a 27" and it won't be enough prop in my opinion. I could be wrong though. Others will chime in later

Honestly, your dealer should know how to set this rig up for ya!! But if he is selling you a 12" plate and a Fury, I guess he don't!!!

One of the best fishing props in my opinion will be a Croxton 30 Bravo also high on my list would be a 28 to 30 performer 4 Bullet cut!!

Thanks for the info guys thats the reason i asked for your input different people do things a little different sometimes . I have every confidence in the guy who is selling me the boat he is a good friend and has been selling bulletsand driving them for alot of years but im definitly going to ask him some questions about the plate and prop . As soon as it hits the driveway you can bet ill get you some pics on here . What would u guys think this rig went for loaded all all the plastic pop up cleats,3 bank charger, tour edition 82 motorguide front and rear 520 lowrances, smartcraft guages loaded ?????

Congrats on ordering a new 21RDC. I have one and love it. Only had it about 3-1/2 months now. I got 14" hydraulic plate and 30 Croxtonized Bravo1 on a Merc 300XS. Best speeds so far with FULL fishing loads is around 90. Yours should run low to mid 80's with the 250. I got REAL close to $40K in mine W/O engine. LOTS of BLING. I would say with a $15K motor, you should be between $50 and $55K after taxes.

You can post 44,488 and the next guy will tell you he could have sold you the same boat for 43,500. Really makes no diff. The only person who needs to be happy is you. Congrats on the new rig.

The 14" plate is going to run faster on that rig and any loss in wholeshot can be made up in prop choice in this application.

sounds great but you need the 14 plate, i like a 4 blade on a Bullet just because you have 1 1/2 blades in water at 1-time and a 3-blade is a blade at one time, i look at it this way as the 4-blade turns 1- blade leaves as 1-whole blade is in and another blade enters (prop bite better) just my simple mind see's it that way. i feel a 3 blade could loose bite faster

ditch the 12 in plate and fury
git a 14 plate and good 4 blade prop
3 blades just dont do as good on this combo, they can be run But it takes a lower different plate hieght. I have a hydraulic plate on mine and to get a 3blade to run ok it has to be atleast an in lower on the plate or I will lose wp
