    Proto Type Trim unit.

This was my latest project. Spent some time on the drawing table then water tested. Tread plate was simply for testing purposes.

    Watcha guys think?

Get rid of the motor toter and you could make it solid but shorter. Looks kind of thin DP for that application.... Great idea though. I'd like one.

Can't make it any shorter or else it doesn't work when on pad. The cut in the plate actually is to help funnel water to lower. It just so happend to work that way with the motor toter.

Tried a few tab designs and this is the best to date.

This plate was used for testing and I may go a tad thicker. So far it has held up to 45mph test speeds. No need to go faster with this tab in full down.

I didn't think about running it at speed. I figured it would be full up by then. What kind of motor are you using for this?

speed brake may spinout. looks cool, could also (marine actuator) work to put a side imaging or soon structure scan down then raise up to run on pad. make a pedal slide adjuster, fit for long legs or short legs. (Plate with hotfoot and left foot brace) dash momentary (trim) switch for a custom ride.
