I got a cup holder at bass pro shop for 3.99. the trailer part you can get at any decent boat dealer. While your at it get a black plastic dunny filler for the hole. They don't fall out they get borrowed. They cost about 18.00 so people tend to relieve you of them while you are out fishing.
