my son & i got on some 2lb bass & hyberdes to day and keep some for dinner while i was claening them i found a few small yellow worms in the meat only one worm in about 4 pieces out of 20.
has anyone every seen this they were about the size of a piece of #2 lead & 1/8" long.

I don't fish Toledo Bend but I have found them several times in the lakes I fish around here. It is very common. I cut them out and then fry 'em on up.

Ditto...Every year when it gets this hot I usually find them. I always hold the filet up to the light when I'm washing them and if I see one, just cut it out.

Worms are fairly common in hot weather.
