Not sure about some of yall but it's been raining since 8:30 or so this morning....glad to see come around to cool things off....

I wish I could say the same for us. It's only rained enough here to increase the humidity from 100% to 150%. Ugh!

Here in the Vidalia area we got maybe an inch or so since 1pm...we need another 3 ASAP for our super low hot lakes...
maybe the next 36 hours will goose da lakes for a couple weeks...hope so.

got 2.3 inches on the first go round about 3 o clock got another half or 6 tenths since then its been good. but naturally leave to the day i tear an exterior wall out of my house for a flood to come

Vidalia area got zip Thursday and Wed. pm...jungle humidity today...94 this weekend and only 20% showers...not good...we need 2 showers of 2 inches each for a few eeks to make a dent in the 2 month drought...oh, well, we got some for June at long last...water temps back about 5 degrees too...

And now the BUZZ KILL...Alex radio says we are about to break the all-time record for low rain the 1st 6 months of a year!!! Under 18 inches...next 7 days is 20% chance max...

15 minute teaser shower yesterday...40% next Friday the 8th and 30% the 9th seem the best shots for an inch plus...of course we need a half dozen 2 inch rains ASAP.
