    Well.......

    Lower unit is shot and on top of that there is not a lower unit in the States to be had............on top of that....the boat doesn't fit in the garage...

    But I am working on plans B & C at this time.

    Just so happens i know some people who know people who have a 250 sho with a lower unit not in use. Hhmmm wonder how that would work
