    Blood on the ground!

    Killed this unusual looking 8 point in Texas on Sunday. Had a great time with some great people.

    Some meat for the freezer. Wonder what's wrong with him for his rack to grow like that? That one sides looks anorexic.

    Definitely meat for the freezer and a hunt to talk about

    Possibly he was injured in some way and caused his horns to deform.
    All sheep are eventually led to slaughter

    Close, we were in Roosevelt. I'm not sure why his antlers are that way. We saw several skulls with heavy horns from dead deer as a result of the drought.

    How far is that from Fredricksburg? or Stonewall? I love tha hill country, puts you in a different frame of mind! And those damn Germans up there can DRINK!!!!! They mix well with Coonies!

    About 80 miles from Fredricksburg. The guy that lived there didn't drink that much, but he did love his Canadian Mist & Early Times! After talking with him, I want some Ranch Hands on the front and back of my truck. He said he hit 6 deer, and all he damaged was the license plate on the front of his truck.
